When a customer opens a pay page, Saref polls the chain in the background. As soon as the transfer matches the amount and reference, the order or subscription updates automatically. Staff can tap Check payment as a fallback.
/p/[code] is for one-time orders — POS and payment links. /s/[code] is for subscription signup and renewal charges. Both use the same QR checkout, and receipts live at /r/[code].
Yes. A paid, on-chain order can be refunded back to the wallet that paid — detected from the original transaction — or to an address you provide. Each refund is tracked with its own status.
Yes. Crypto settles straight to your own Solana wallet. There's no card processor and no intermediary holding funds, and on-chain payments aren't reversible by chargeback.
